When working as a healthcare professional in the UK and NZ I became interested in how we can use colour to change our appearance and enhance our self image.  I was so impressed  with what I discovered that I undertook full Image Professional training with Colour me Beautiful, the leading style and image consultancy throughout Europe and the USA  for the last thirty years.

Does it work?

Is this simply "posh pampering" or is there any real proof?  I asked the same question and researched the evidence to find an answer -   in 2004 the Association of Image Consultants International (USA) commissioned the University of Michigan to carry out independent research study looking at the work of image professionals, results showed significant statistical evidence for the benefits of working with a skilled practitioner, so yes‚ expert help works!
